Here’s the day 41 Filipino transcript of the hit Korean drama My Name is Kim Samsoon. This drama was shown Monday to Friday, 9:30pm, over GMA-7 in the Philippines.

Not a very eventful episode this time. But at this period, Samsoon is starting to realize that having something to be busy with will help her erase Cyrus from her system. But does it really help? Not so sure. At least, she’s fulfilling the dream she’s been trying to achieve ever since she read that baking book from an old bookstore. And she’ll make cakes that will make people foget about their name when they eat it. Yum! I wish I can eat and appreciate a cake like that. 
Why is it that everytime Henry and Hanna talk, I feel so tired? I just don’t get any inspiration from them. 
Til now, I can’t fully grasp why Pres. Na is hurrying Cyrus to get married. Is it because she want Cyrus to take over the hotel business because she mentioned before she wants to retire? Well, he can do that without getting hooked up. Cyrus also mentioned his wife is going to look after Amber. Where’s the logic? They need a care-giver? If Cyrus takes the hotel presidency, Pres. Na will retire and she can take care of Amber. And they don’t need anyone to take care of the child coz the grandmother is available by that time. Haaayyy. At least, if ever Cyrus marries, his wife will just concentrate on her duties as a partner and if she has a career, she wouldn’t worry much about such trivial household matters. And another thing. Cyrus is still young. He’s only 27. (May pressure din ba sa mga lalaki na mag-asawa agad?)
Anyway, in the next episode, we will see how the two mothers (Mommy Letty and Pres. Na) will tackle the subject of their first time meeting. Sounds kinda exciting deba?

Hurray! My Name is Kim Samsoon/My Lovely Samsoon won the best mini series category in the 1st Seoul Drama Awards.
Unfortunately, Kim Sun-ah didn’t bag the best actress award. 
But I loved her speech when she accepted the best miniseries award. “Through SamSoon, I didn’t only gain fat, but I gained lots of love and awards”. (Correct! If not for My Name is Kim Samsoon, I wouldn’t be a KSA addict! )
Anyway, Sun-ah unnie looked so gorgeous in her plunging black gown. She really trimmed down a lot. And any good looking guy who sits or walks next to her looks good with her. Sigh.

It basically talks about the same thing that we’ve all read about, the winners yada yada…but the last few paragraphs were quite, how should i put it, interesting…
“Even though Jerry Yan wasn’t nominated for any awards, he attended as a guest presenter and awarded a prize together with MNKSS’ Kim Sun Ah.
During the ceremony, Jerry caringly (?) supported KSA, who was wearing a low cut black dress and was using her hands to cover her chest for fear of unnecessarily revealing herself.
Jerry Yan appeared to be struck by KSA’s sexiness, and when KSA bent down to speak, the media caught a shot of him peeking at her ample bosom.

The press really loves to draw controversy. As sexy as Sun-ah unnie was on the awards night, I think Jerry wasn’t that impolite to look at the lovely Sunny’s exposed chest. Maybe he was also reading Sun-ah’s cue card. (Or was he? Sun-ah’s bod last night was sinfully seductive, even saints might want to peek at what’s hidden inside that totally hot gown)
As expected, Kim Sun-ah was part of the 1st Seoul Drama Awards Festival held on August 27, 2006. Not in the flesh though. She was the one who introduced Clazziquai before they sang the theme song of My Name Is Kim Samsoon, “She Is”, through vtr. She looked lovely and she totally has slimmed down. She’s so different from Samsoon now.

When Regine Velasquez agreed to come out on “S Files” to shed light on the controversy involving two of her “conflicting” friends, Richard Gomez and Rufa Mae Quinto, our source revealed that the singer-actress and GMA 7 artist has made it a point to make it a condition that she will not at all be asked to comment about her own raging controversy.Regine was of course referring to the alleged annulment case said to be filed by Ogie Alcasid, who is being rumored to be her boyfriend, against his wife Michelle Van Eimeren, who is settled in Australia along with their two children.
Regine wouldn’t have agreed to guest live if “S Files” didn’t agree to her condition. The source said Regine stressed that if they will ask her about Ogie, she will walk out of there. Could it be that it was the major reason why she appeared so nervous and fidgety on air, aside of course, from the fact that she had to change blouses so many times over before the actual on cam guesting, according to what host Pia Guanio commented on air last Sunday.
In the meantime, Ogie categorically denied the rumor (again!) about the break-up of his marriage and his being (eternally) linked to Regine in last Sunday’s “SOP” and even apologized to Regine personally for all the rumors.
What can we say? Except for the fact that in time, all secrets are to be revealed. This should be a comfort to all of them. If Ogie is telling the truth, then time will vindicate him. No doubt about that.
But if not, then those many people who insinuate that Ogie and Regine’s actions speak louder than their words will ultimately be proven right.

Seoul to Hold First International TV Drama Awards
By Chung Ah-young/Staff ReporterSeoul will hold its first international television drama awards festival on Aug. 29.
The first Seoul Drama Awards (SDA) will be organized by the Korean Broadcasters Associations (KBA) and sponsored by the nation’s major broadcasters _ KBS, SBS, MBC and EBS _ and the Korean Broadcasting Commission (KBC).
“The event is designed to introduce foreign dramas airing in other countries and also promote Korean dramas worldwide. It promises to become a world–renowned event embracing not only Asian countries but also the United States and European countries,” one of the organizers said.
A total of 105 dramas from 29 countries will compete for the awards.
“My Lovely Sam-soon” aired by MBC is nominated in the best actress category and the best miniseries.
Hallyu star Ryu Si-won and announcers Hwang Soo-kyong and Han Sok-joon will host the awards, while many celebrities, including actress Kim Sun-a and actor Choi Soo-jong, will be in attendance.

Three days na silang nag-taping at sa September 25 na ang airing nito, kapalit ng Majika. Masaya nitong ibinalitang si Regine Velasquez ang kakanta ng theme song ng fantaserye at ginawa ito ng Asia’s Songbird dahil sa kanya.
Weee. Another primetime program that will be graced by shongbirdies voice. I’m shooo happy. It’s like when Darna was shown. I look forward to the beginning and end credits because her voice is showcased.
But not in Love Story in Harvard. I don’t really like the song, hihihi. Maybe I need to acquiant myself more with that duet.
I’m really excited for Atlantika! Only because of the theme song.

Matagal nang tapos ang World Championships of Performing Arts Competition pero hindi pa tapos ang isyu tungkol sa nabanggit na contest. For the meantime, hindi muna namin papangalanan ang nagpadala ng e-mail dahil na rin sa kanyang pakiusap:I just wanted to set the record straight. There has been a lot of media buzz about Jonalyn Viray and Brenan Espartinez winning WCOPA but VERY LITTLE MENTION of Jeremie Antiporda.
I just wanted to clarify that yes they did win medals for WCOPA but they did NOT qualify for the FINALS VOCALS SOLO Category (SENIOR). Jonalyn and Brenan qualified only for the FINALS GROUP Category (SENIOR) but not VOCALS Solo. They lost out to Jeremie in the third round for VOCALS Solo.
Only Jeremie Antiporda made it to the FINALS. I am not sure why they’re putting Jeremie’s name only as a footnote. It gives me an impression that they are not forthcoming with the information.
Oh, is that so? Okay.
So Jona and Brenan did not qualify for the finals. And Jeremie, did he win? To tell you honestly, I don’t even know Jeremie Antiporda.
